In collaboration with famous Nigerian filmmaker and media entrepreneur Mo Abudu, Hollywood star Idris Elba is poised to direct the gripping short film “Dust to Dreams,” which happens to be in Lagos.
The story of “Dust to Dreams” deftly examines the deep relationship that develops between a mother and her teenage daughter, setting their initial meeting with the father against the backdrop of their story. This emotionally driven plot is sure to strike a deep chord with viewers.
Mo Abudu revealed additional information about the much awaited project on her social media platforms on Tuesday. Eyes Of Lagos reports,
According to Abudu, the movie has a cast full of celebrities. Notable Nollywood actors Nse Ikpe-Etim and Eku Edewor, together with Atlanta’s Bridget Johnson, and former Nigerian Idol competitor Constance Olatunde are among them. Seal is a British-Nigerian music sensation.
