A 10 year girl kidnapped by unknown men found inside the gutter and rescued by Lastma Officials

According to an Eye Witness who narrated to Eyes Of lagos that the little girl was kidnapped and  dumped inside the gutter close to a Fidelity bank at Salolo Bus Stop Alagbado Lagos State. The 10years Old little girl was rescued by Lastma Officials this morning ,but she cannot speak she was given a pen to write her name and her address so they can finally locate the family of the little girl.
But yet it is still unknown to  us what the kidnappers who tied and dump the 10 year old girl must have done to the innocent girl.
