The Apex court, Supreme Court just confirmed Ahmed Makarfi as the legitimate Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
Modu Sheriff of the different faction of the party is to leave office immediately.
The case was presided over by Justice Rhodes Vivour.
