Following the demand by Mainlanders including Surulere community residents’ demand for prepaid meters to put an end the ongoing estimated billing practice of power holding company, Ikeja Electric, Surulere Federal lawmaker, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila has added his voice to the yearnings of his constituents.
Eyes Of Lagos gathered that, In a message shared via his official Twitter handle, @feigbaja, the lawmaker instructed his constituents who are currently given estimated bills by the disco company to forward all complaints to his office.
“Dear Constituents, kindly send your electricity tariff complaint alongside a copy of the estimated bill generated by your DISCO to houseleadergbaja@gmail.com,” Hon. Gbajbiamila said.
The development has however earned the lawmaker applause from his constituents who have continued to shower encomiums on him across social media platforms.
Recall that Hon. Gbajabiamila was recently endorsed by leading stakeholders in Surulere constituency to run for a fifth term in office representing Surulere Federal constituency in the House of Representatives.
