President Muhammadu Buhari and former president Olusegun Obadanjo met on Tuesday.

One of the pictures showed President Buhari with former president Olusegun Obasanjo, AfDB President Dr Akinwunmi Adesina and MD Sahara Power Group Mr Kola Adesina.
Though a regular critic of Buhari, Obasanjo was seen smiling in the picture.
This is the first time that they are meeting in public after the 2019 presidential election where Obasanjo’s annointed candidate, Atiku Abubakar, lost.
Mr Femi Adesina, the President’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, in a statement in Abuja, said the President’s trip followed an invitation from his host.
According to the statement, President Buhari, who is ECOWAS Chairman, is a Special Guest of Honour at the ceremonies, attended by other African leaders at the Diamniadio Exhibition Centre on Tuesday.
It stated that the Nigerian leader was accompanied by Governors Mohammed Abubakar, Nasir El-Rufai and Tanko Al-Makura of Bauchi, Kaduna and Nasarawa states respectively.
Others on the Presidential entourage include the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr Geoffrey Onyeama; National Security Adviser, Maj-Gen Babagana Monguno (rtd); Director-General, National Intelligence Agency, Ambassador Ahmed Rufai, and other top government officials.
