Scintillating Mayeth Isaac, a native of Isoko, Delta State, Nigeria, started her game in the showbiz world from a very young age. Mayeth knew that she was destined for the entertainment and music industry, and always dreamt of making a colossal contribution to the African music scene.
Even at the just concluded Big Brother Naija, Mayeth’s new song, ‘Lose Control’ was more like a national anthem among the housemates; and this, coupled with the feel good vibes, immediately and effortlessly transformed her fan base home and abroad.
Mayeth was born into an illustrious family of singers and songwriters, and as a rising Pop-Star in pursuit of a future that her father was initially against, Mayeth’s undeniable talent, had even her father singing a different tune.
Her voice, was first discovered at the tender age of 10, during a church convention, and this signaled a fledgling career, which flagged off, working with award-winning gospel producer, Kelly Lyon.

Prior to this new song, Mayeth’s debut with ‘Don’t Play’ set the pace with a medley of Island sounds and showed her musical growth with this R&B/ Dancehall and Afro-Beat offering. Don’t Play appears to be the singer-songwriter’s first ever debut, which has caught the attention of popular Radio Dee Jays, as the song is gradually gaining momentum on air.
