Oha soup is one of the most delicious soups.
Also known as Ofe Ora, Oha soup, is an indigenous soup from the South-Eastern part of Nigeria. It is mostly eaten with any swallow of your choice.
It is highly nutritious because of all the vitamins and minerals that it contains such as calcium, amino acids, iron, potassium, Vitamin C and Vitamin A. It also contains fiber that helps to aid digestion and also prevent constipation and consuming oha soup will help to regulate your blood glucose level. It helps to treat anemia because of the presence of iron.
