I have taken time to research about Governor Yahaya Bello over the last few weeks and I figured that a lot of people are not aware of his outstanding qualities hence my reason for sharing this post.
Governor Yahaya Bello who has served and led Kogi state with excellence in all ramifications since 2015 possesses some key leadership qualities that makes him outstanding among his contemporaries.
According to Lao Tzu “ A leader is best when people barely know he exists, when his work is done, his aim fulfilled”. Yahaya Bello is an embodiment of this statement.
All of this I see in GYB because he is demonstrating leadership properly and differently.
Serving the people of Kogi since 2015, positively impacting his qualities to developing and transforming the state has been his utmost priority. His tenacity coupled with passion and good trajectory makes him a man of uncommon candour.
So basically some rare qualities Gov Yahaya Bello posses is that:
He’s detribalized, He is an unrepentant believer in the youth , He listens , He is a unifier , He is gender sensitive , He dares the impossible And He is not an Extremist ( Religious wise )
The nation will find it very hard to look up to the leaders who lacks this qualities.
