Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the general overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, claims that despite being 81 years old, he has never experienced blood pressure problems.
Adeboye said that this was because, while managing churches in various countries throughout the world, he made the decision to lay all of his cares upon God and to rest in Him.
Adeboye acknowledged that there are certain difficulties, but said that he has never lost sleep since he is aware that he cannot be everywhere at once.
During his sermon at Friday’s Morning Devotion, Adeboye said he rests because he trusts God to take care of all the issues.
