Young Duu, a rising musician, alleges that comedian-turned-artist Carter Efe used his name to create fake social media profiles in order to discredit Davido.
Remember how Young Duu and Carter Efe partnered following his disagreement with Portable in the previous year? To formalize their collaboration, the pair released a song titled “Oyinmo” in November.
The song’s royalty-sharing arrangement, however, caused their friendship to fall apart as Young Duu accused Cater Efe of underpaying him. Eyes Of Lagos reports,
In a recent video message posted to his Instagram account, he accused the sketch creator of creating a false social media account in his name to harass Davido.
Young Duu said, “Cater Efe, God will punish you. You are using a Twitter account in my name to troll Davido. He will think I am the one attacking him. It’s unfair. You are fake.”
