Police in the United States have detained American rapper Don Toliver for driving while intoxicated (DUI).
According to a California Highway Patrol report, the rapper was stopped early on Tuesday morning for speeding close to the San Fernando Valley. Authorities stated they had grounds to suspect he may not have been sober when operating a vehicle. Eyes Of Lagos reports,
Despite showing indications of impairment, Toliver was simply cited and removed from the field by the officers without being placed in handcuffs.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that although there isn’t a clear indication of someone else with him, Don was released into the care of a sober companion.
It’s unclear exactly who it was, but according to the cops, the rapper cooperated the entire time.
