Unconventional entertainer Charles Oputa popularly known as Charly Boy has called on controversial Pastor Chukwuemeka, Cyril Ohanaemere aka Odumeje, to use his powers to save Nigeria from ruin.Eyes Of Lagos reports,
Charly Boy lamented the decline of the Nigerian economy, adding that the country is in dire need of help. In a post on X, the entertainer said there is hunger in the country. Charly Boy says: “Dear Mr Odumeje, we Nigerians come to you with humility, can you please prevent our country from catching fire, spreading fire and our economy from collapsing? “In this desperate situation, I ask for your strength.” “Don’t worry about Dangote, he has enough money, this hunger will not get to him, so I don’t understand you saying stay humble before Indabosky #NaijaMatter.” This comes after President Bola Tinubu introduced measures to address food shortages in the country. The measures, announced by the Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, Abubakar Kyari, said the Federal Government would introduce a 150-day duty-free import period on food products. He said the government would reduce taxes and import duties on wheat, maize, paddy rice and cowpea within the period.
