Beyoncé discusses her battle to protect her privacy while raising her children

American singer Beyoncé, whose real name is Giselle Knowles-Carter, has revealed that she needs seclusion to raise her three children and to live her own personal life.

The “Single Ladies” singer discussed her effort to strike a balance between normalcy and privacy in a recent interview with GQ Magazine for their October cover story.

According to Beyoncé, “We live in a world of access.” Eyes Of Lagos reports,

She continued by saying that technology has changed while she and her husband were dating, compared to their earlier days.

We have access to an abundance of information, including falsehoods and outright fabrications masquerading as fact. At any time, our kids can use FaceTime to see their friends. My spouse and me?

“Just recently, I heard an AI song that sounded so much like me it scared me. It’s impossible to truly know what’s real and what’s not,” she added.

Beyonce emphasised the importance of privacy and her commitment to keeping her personal life separate from her public persona.

She explained, “One thing I’ve worked extremely hard on is making sure my kids can have as much normalcy and privacy as possible, ensuring my personal life isn’t turned into a brand. It’s very easy for celebrities to turn our lives into performance art. I have made an extreme effort to stay true to my boundaries and protect myself and my family.

“No amount of money is worth my peace,” she stated definitively.
