According to the post, the man had been stealing chickens from the neighborhood for some time, but his luck finally ran out.
The caption reads, “99 days for the thief, one day for the owner this morning in my area,” implying that the man’s repeated thefts finally caught up with him.
In a show of public reprimand, the man was made to stand by a pole with the chicken tied around his neck to serve as a warning to him and others.
