During a candid appearance on the hit reality show “Young, Famous and African,” the 42-year-old mother of one shared her story of resilience and hope. Ini disclosed that she got married at 26, envisioning a future where she’d complete her childbearing by 31 and retire to focus on her career.
But life took a different path. The actress revealed she endured over six miscarriages, underwent IVF, and faced devastating pregnancy losses.
Speaking on her experience, Ini said:
“I got married at the age of 26 because I thought that by 31, I would have been done with childbearing, retired, and focused on my career, but life didn’t go that way. I tried. I have had over six miscarriages. It wasn’t an easy journey for me. I’ve done IVF. I’ve lost pregnancies midway. I know what I’ve dealt with as a woman.”
