In a raw and candid conversation during a recent episode of the Curiosity Made Me Ask podcast with Isbae U, Okocha recounted the harrowing experience, which saw one bullet pass through his stomach and come out the other side. Despite the severity of his injuries, he miraculously survived to share his story with the world.
When asked about the shocking rumor of being shot six times, Okocha didn’t hesitate to show the scars that prove his resilience. “I want the whole wide world to see my scars. Six shots. One of the bullets got in through my stomach and popped out on the other side,” he shared with unwavering confidence.
In his own words, Okocha declared, “If only you knew I was shot, you wouldn’t be asking me. I’m a survivor. Look at my life, look at what I’ve been through. I’m the last real n**** alive, and that’s official.”
