Surulere Federal lawmaker, Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila has joined the growing list of popular Nigerians who have chosen to celebrate their other halves with mouthwatering gifts on their special days.
The lawmaker gifted his loving wife, Mrs. Yemisi Gbajabiamila who clocked 50 today, Sunday, May 27, 2018, a glittering brand new Benz G-Wagon valued at over N100 million to celebrate her big day.
The couple has however got tongues wagging as citizens across the Lagos Mainland and other parts of the country have taken to social media platforms to share their thoughts on the development.
While some users showered encomiums on the lawmaker for celebrated his wife in a special way, some others chided him saying it is wasteful spending.
Eyes Of Lagos gathered that, According to a twitter user, Lateef Onakoya, “this is the best form of love to show a woman. I pray I can do more if I finally find a woman.”
Another user, Justin tweeted saying: “Nigerian youths don’t have senses, they are the same people that will vote this same person.” Yomi Olufemi corroborated him saying “there are various untarred and bad roads within his consistency. 75 million could improve the electorate lives than spending on cars that will be park outside.”
Larry on the other hand said: “These our politicians are certified rogues. They’ll embezzle our money and still have the guts to spend it lavishly to our faces because they see us as gullible people. He’s been House of Rep member for 4th consecutive time and aspiring for the 5th term.
