Nigerian comedian, actor, and motivational speaker, Seyi Law (Idileoye Oluwaseyitan Lawrence Aletile), has recently become the target of disrespect after being listed for sale at ₦11,427 on a merchant website.
The incident, which gained attention on X (formerly Twitter), was exposed by influencer @UnkleAyo. In a post that quickly went viral, the comedian was mocked, with the poster referring to him as an “item” and including a description with the listing.
The influencer wrote, “If you posted derivatives of this tweet 40 times, I’ll quote it 40 times with this same picture. If you’re looking for the item in the picture, you can find it on Temu.”
As the post spread, many social media users expressed their concerns, warning about the potential consequences of the action. Others criticized the disrespectful nature of the post.
