The latest development centers on a chat dated December 11, 2024, allegedly sent by an individual identified as Mohbad’s brother, Adura. According to the message, the video purportedly captured a moment where Mohbad’s wife, Olawumi, allegedly pushed him, causing him to hit his head on the floor. The individual then demanded the sum of three million naira in exchange for releasing the footage.

The message reads: “Hello Mr activist. I’ve a video of the fight with Cynthia and my brother. I want 3 million naira before I send the video. The video get where Wunmi push my brother and e use his head nack floor.”

The emergence of this message has reignited public scrutiny, with many social media users expressing shock, skepticism, or anger, depending on their earlier stance on the matter.
