American singer and television personality Ray J has sparked widespread concern after revealing that doctors have warned him he may have only a few weeks left to live following a recent hospitalisation.
The 44-year-old entertainer made the disclosure in an emotional video shared on social media, where he spoke candidly about his deteriorating health and the grim prognosis given by medical professionals.
According to Ray J, doctors told him his condition is so serious that there is uncertainty over whether he would live to see 2027. Eyes Of Lagos reports,
The singer, whose real name is William Ray Norwood Jr., disclosed that his health crisis is largely connected to years of excessive alcohol consumption and an intense party lifestyle.
He revealed that medical tests showed his heart is functioning at only 25 per cent capacity, leaving him frequently weak, exhausted and unwell.

“I didn’t think about the long-term effects back then,” he said, adding that he now regrets ignoring repeated warnings about his health.
