A young woman identified as Sally has moved many social media users after sharing an emotional account of her battle with final-stage cancer in a video posted on her TikTok page.
The video, which has since gone viral, captured Sally speaking candidly about her health condition, a struggle she said has largely remained unknown to people around her. Eyes Of Lagos reports.
In the video, Sally revealed that she is currently fighting the last stage of cancer, explaining that she has kept her illness private despite the severe pain she experiences daily.
According to her, the decision to stay silent about her condition was personal, even as she continues to endure physical and emotional challenges.
Sally disclosed that she relies on medication to manage the intense pain caused by the illness. Despite this, she described herself as strong and determined to keep pushing forward.
Speaking with deep conviction, she expressed faith and optimism, insisting that she believes her life is not coming to an end.
“This life is so private that nobody knows I’m fighting the last stage of cancer. I take tramadol for the pain, but I’m a strong girl. God is wonderful. It’s not yet my time. This is the stage that usually takes lives, but me, I will not die. I will live,” she said.
The video has since attracted thousands of reactions, with viewers flooding the comment section with messages of encouragement, prayers, and words of support.
