“IVD Had Nothing When I Met Him” – Blessing CEO Speaks on Relationship with Auto Dealer
Controversial Nigerian relationship therapist, Blessing Okoro, popularly known as Blessing CEO, has opened up about her relationship with popular auto dealer Ikechukwu Ogbonna, better known as IVD. Eyes Of Lagos reports,
Speaking on the latest episode of The Honest Bunch podcast, Blessing CEO revealed that contrary to public opinion, she met IVD when he had lost almost everything—both emotionally and financially.

Blessing CEO clarified that her relationship with IVD was not motivated by his wealth or luxury lifestyle.
“When I met him, a lot was already gone. Everything people believed about his luxury life had disappeared. I didn’t meet the ‘rich IVD’ that everyone talks about,” she said.
IVD, who was also on the podcast, recounted how his late wife Bimbo’s family allegedly stripped him of his properties during his detention following the investigation into Bimbo’s controversial death.
“My in-laws dealt with me. I was in detention for over three weeks, and during that time, they moved into my house and carted away almost everything. Three cars were taken from my compound, along with my watches, designer clothes, jewelry, and even my late wife’s clothes and wigs. I had spent about ₦7 million on shopping before that, and they took it all,” IVD claimed.
Public Backlash Over Blessing CEO and IVD’s Relationship
Blessing CEO’s relationship with IVD has sparked heated criticism on social media, especially because she was one of the first public figures to call for justice after Bimbo’s death, only to later start dating the same man.
Despite the controversy, the couple appears unbothered and is reportedly making plans for their upcoming wedding.
Blessing CEO’s Troubled Past
In a previous interview, Blessing CEO revealed that she was groomed by her ex-husband, whom she married at the age of 14, describing her first marriage as an escape from a troubled childhood.
“I was just a child; I knew nothing about marriage. I only saw marriage as a way to escape my situation,” she admitted.
