While addressing his congregation, Pastor Chris revealed that his wife constantly checked on him every night, sometimes as many as 20 times, to ensure he was okay and emotionally stable.

According to the pastor, he had been going through a difficult period linked to a recent personal controversy involving actress Doris Ogala, which affected his emotional well-being and daily routine.

He disclosed that during the period, he struggled with basic activities such as eating, grooming, and maintaining his usual lifestyle, but his wife’s reassurance helped him stay strong.

Pastor Chris explained that her repeated check-ins, words of encouragement, and physical presence gave him comfort and calmness, helping him cope with the stress and emotional weight of the situation.

He also took a moment to appreciate his family members for their concern and prayers, singling out his wife for her unwavering support and patience.

Speaking emotionally, he said:

“I have to say this. It has not been easy. I have not been able to eat, barb my hair nor shave. I want you to also help me thank my family members, especially the first lady. She will check on me 20 times at night. ‘Are you okay? Don’t worry, I’m here for you.’ Please first lady come, I want to appreciate you. Thank you. You are the reason I live. You’re the one for me.”

The video has continued to attract reactions online, with many viewers describing the moment as heartfelt and a reminder of the importance of family support during difficult times.
