“Amaechi Is Too Big to Reply Wike – Leave Him to Me” – Deji Adeyanju Declares

Nigerian activist and lawyer Deji Adeyanju has stepped into the ongoing political drama between former Rivers State Governor Rotimi Amaechi and FCT Minister Nyesom Wike. Eyes Of Lagos reports,

In a strongly-worded Facebook post on Saturday, Adeyanju dismissed Wike’s relevance and urged Amaechi to ignore the former governor-turned-minister, calling him a distraction.

“Coalition people should leave Wike and his dead PDP for me. Amaechi is too big to be responding to Wike. Please, leave him for me,” Deji wrote.

The political feud between the two Rivers-born politicians intensified after Amaechi was spotted aligning with opposition figures ahead of the 2027 general elections, stirring reactions within PDP and APC circles.

Adeyanju, a long-time critic of Wike, promised to personally take on Wike, allowing Amaechi and the opposition to focus on more pressing national issues.
